Balls
Fall 2002

Debra Fernandez, Skidmore professor of dance, made Balls in collaboration with Paul Henry Ramirez. Fernandez choreographed several pieces in Dialogue with Ramirez’ Elevatious Transcendsualistic site-specific installation. The pieces were performed by Fernandez and current Skidmore dance students along with Skidmore dance department alumni. Music performed by acclaimed percussionist Glen Velez, composer Carl Landa and sound designer So Takahashi. Costumes by designer Kim Vanyo.
